Carols 2026 Volunteer Sign-Up

We are so excited to have you on the Carols team for 2026. Each year our Carols Carnival is a great opportunity to share the good news of Jesus with our wider community. We are so thankful for you faithful service in this mission.

Key Dates and Times

• Dress Rehearsal: Saturday 12 December
• Carols Carnival: Sunday 13 December
• Service Times: 9am and 6pm
• Carnival Times: 10am, 5pm and 7pm

There are lots of opportunities to be involved with the Carols Service, Carols Carnival or both!

There are lots of ways to be involved in the Carols service! Here is a bit more information about each role to help you decide how you want to be involved.

• Choir: Grade 7 and up, rehearsals will be every Thursday from 19 November to 10 December at 7pm-8:30pm
• Dance: Grade 5 and up, rehearsals will be every Sunday from 1 November to 6 December at 2:30pm-3:45pm
• Set Bump In / Bump Out: open to anyone, bump in will be the week before Carols during business hours.
• AV Bump In / Bump Out: open to anyone with AV experience, bump in will be the week before Carols.

Kids Items:

Note: because Kids Choir and Nativity will be both rehearse after morning church, we kindly request that you choose only one option for your child to be involved in.

• Kids Choir: Kindy to Grade 6, rehearsals will be every Sunday from 15 November to 6 December 
• Nativity: Minnies to Grade 2, rehearsals will be every Sunday from 29 November to 6 December
